Nouf Khamis Al Ali, Director of Health Promotion Department at the Ministry of Health & Prevention in the United Arab Emirates. Nouf has worked on different initiatives and programs that aim at promoting healthy lifestyles in the United Arab Emirates. In this position, she is primarily responsible for coordinating technical aspects and for overseeing program implementation of a number of national programs like National Program to Combat Childhood Obesity, National Strategy for Nutrition and healthy lifestyle awareness activities.
With her experience in healthy diet, physical activity and obesity prevention, Nouf participate in planning and development of policies, strategies and projects that aims at promoting health at local, regional or national level. Nouf is also a member in a number of committees locally and regionally in relation to healthy diet and physical activity.
