Dina Mongy is the Head of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability for Coastal Arabia at Nestlé, where she drives government relations, advocacy, communications and sustainability initiatives across the UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar. She works closely with government entities, industry associations, and key stakeholders to shape policies and lead discussions on critical topics such as circular economy, regulation frameworks, climate action, and responsible business practices.

With extensive experience in public policy, corporate affairs, and sustainability, Dina has a strong track record of engaging with different stakeholders, shaping industry regulations, and fostering strategic partnerships. Before joining Nestlé, she served as Head of Government Relations and Public Policy at ByteDance, where she led high-level government engagements across the region. She was also Associate Director and Cluster Coordinator for the Middle East, GCC, and Levant at a regional consultancy, supporting multinational companies in their public affairs strategies. Additionally, she worked on trade and investment relations at the Embassy of Brazil in Cairo, strengthening bilateral partnerships

Dina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the American University in Cairo and a Master’s degree in International Relations (with Merit) from Royal Holloway, University of London.

She has a Business Sustainability Management Certificate from Cambridge University and a Public Policy Analysis Certificate from the London School of Economics & Political Science.

A multilingual speaker, Dina is fluent in Arabic, English, and French and has an intermediate proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese. She is a sought-after speaker on public affairs, sustainability, corporate responsibility, and policy advocacy, regularly engaging in industry dialogues and conferences
