He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Grover & Company and the CEO of Grover Impact Ventures. With over 26 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience across brand marketing, management consulting, and venture capital, he actively backs intangible asset classes, particularly intellectual property (IP). His career includes leadership roles at renowned organizations such as ITC Ltd, Lavazza Coffee, and Pernod Ricard.
He holds a full-time MBA from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, and brings deep industry expertise combined with a global business perspective. His leadership extends beyond corporate boundaries — he serves as a board member for C3 – Companies Creating Change, a steering committee member for in5 Tech in the UAE, and a mentor at the Founder Institute in the UAE. He has also previously served as the Chairman of ANZIBC (Australia, New Zealand, India Business Chambers) in New Zealand.
