Automated Feeding Systems: The poultry and livestock attendants need help making the animals and birds feed, monitoring them if they have eaten anything in the past and their overall health. This latest technology is divided into two segments - automated feeders and drinkers. According to the report, the automatic feeding systems are now designed to restore, refrigerate and keep the materials fresh for the future as well. Automated drinkers, also known as poultry and livestock automated drinker systems are designed to provide clean and fresh drinking water to the animals.
They most commonly come in the form of automated nipple drinkers and water-feeding lines.
Robotics and Sensors: Monitoring animal health is a daunting task. With technologies like robotics and sensors, integration of real-time data has become interesting and easy. What the animals have eaten, when they will eat, breeding and examining their overall health is again a crucial task that takes time and involves a lot of overhead expenses.
Stress Management Technology: Certain traits in animals show that they are happy and healthy. Similarly, it is easy to see if they are detrimental towards various factors such as growth and response towards the environment. Even when they are taken to veterinary hospitals, doctors find it difficult to examine if the animals are experiencing distress. Here is when the latest stress management technology in animals and birds comes into play.
